Entrées range from salmon Wellington, featuring fresh salmon, tarragon, and shallots wrapped in a puff pastry and served with a dill beurre blanc and grilled asparagus, to French citrus bouillabaisse, or an oven-roasted pork tenderloin with white wine, onion, mushroom, lemon, and rosemary pan gravy. A vegetarian favorite is their tofu napoleon, marinated and grilled with gruyère, asparagus, and cremini mushrooms and topped with roasted tomato pesto. Reservations recommended.
